Mauro Lardi is a partner at SwissLegal Lardi & Partner AG and works as a lawyer and notary in Graubünden. He focuses in particular on the legal issues of SMEs, which he accompanies in legal matters and sometimes supports in the development of their business as a member of the board of directors or the management. He regularly publishes articles on specific SME topics. The preservation of ski manufacturing know-how and the preservation and creation of jobs in Graubünden are his motivation for his involvement in ANAVON.

Urs Wullschleger is the owner, together with his brother, of Wilhelm Schmidlin AG, the only Swiss manufacturer of bathtubs, shower trays, washbasins and urinals made of steel enamel. In 1996 he completed his engineering studies at the ETH Zurich. Since 2007, he has been the third generation to lead the family business. Based on the KAIZEN philosophy, Schmidlin has evolved from a traditional factory to a dynamic, just-in-time production site. In addition to his involvement with ANAVON Ski AG, he is also a member of the board of directors of Rigi-Bahnen AG, where he is vice president, and of the board of directors of Imbach+Cie AG. He considers skiing in all its forms to be his main and greatest hobby.

Kurt Schär is a true entrepreneur, involved in various sectors as a board member or investor. After contributing to the breakthrough of the electric bicycle with the FLYER brand, he is now involved in all areas where people can be made happy. Whether it's with the Herzroute E-Bike, the Sorglos Design sauna barrels or of course Anavon Ski. As a member of the BKW Board of Directors, he is also responsible for the successful transformation of the energy future. The 56-year-old father of four and soon to be grandfather of four enjoys being out in nature and, as an amateur chef and networker, loves to connect people.

As Director of Innovation and Experience Development at Graubünden Ferien, Patrick Dreher is responsible for networking in Graubünden's (ski) tourism industry and supports the marketing department. The 44-year-old father lives in the Graubünden Rhine Valley, where he also runs his own mountain bike school. He is passionate about winter sports and wants to continue the tradition of ski construction in Graubünden, in addition to skiing. As a telemarketer, he also brings to ANAVON the access and perspective of an additional user group.

As Head of Category Management and Purchasing and a member of the Executive Board of CHRIST Watches and Jewelry, she is responsible for the broad and varied assortment of the third largest watch and jewelry retailer in Switzerland. Susan knows how to successfully develop strategic assortments and how to adapt sales and marketing to them. She has developed a global network of suppliers and is used to successfully negotiating with people from all over the world. As an avid skier who has never missed a season in over 50 years, she brings her passion and experience to the successful development of Anavon Ski AG.

As Managing Director of ANAVON Ski AG, René Zähnler is responsible for operational management and the promotion of new business areas. With his many years of experience in start-ups and sales, René Zähnler is developing ANAVON and driving the brand forward. As a trained cabinetmaker, he has extensive interdisciplinary knowledge and experience in the fields of wood and furniture construction, industrial production, management and distribution of luxury brands. René Zähnler is 53 years old, married and the father of two adult daughters.
