Lynus enables an energy independent and environmentally friendly future for buildings. Our technology is already being used successfully by both private individuals and large companies.
With the latest software and machine learning, Lynus makes buildings intelligent, environmentally friendly and economical. We network all the building's energy generators and consumers, let them talk to each other, add weather data, and the building is already in the best possible position.

How do we do that?
Our software connects all devices in a building, remembers all data and looks into the future with the help of available weather data. This enables us to know, for example, when the solar system will produce the most electricity for the car charging station or when the heating system will best heat the water. We achieve these countless optimizations through machine learning.

What is Machine Learning?
Machine Learning means that the intelligent technology works independently and controls the whole house automatically. Machine learning enables the Lynus software to process vast amounts of data at lightning speed and send commands to the devices independently. This happens without pauses or interruptions. The software even learns if the homeowner has suddenly installed new sun blinds by noticing that the room is heating up less quickly. In this way, machine learning continuously and completely automatically controls the building's energy consumption, while any associated changes are directly taken into account.

Lynus stands for :
Energy self-sufficiency (self-sufficiency) and reduced CO² emissions.

The Lynus solution increases the degree of self-sufficiency of buildings and reduces energy consumption using machine learning algorithms.

Proof of CO² reduction
25% of the CO² emissions of buildings can be reduced by Lynus. These avoided CO² tons can be accounted for by Lynus and added to the CO² footprint.

Full-service provider for energy systems
Our main focus is on the development of software for building efficiency and on the integration of the necessary hardware products from renowned manufacturers. We thus offer our customers complete turnkey systems.

Scaling system through franchising
For the project business at the customer we establish a smart partner network with a franchise model. We enable our franchise partners to offer Lynus' know-how to their customers. Lynus continues to focus on software development and system integration, while the partner takes care of sales, project support and commissioning.

CO² avoidance instead of expensive CO² capture and storage
Lynus is of the opinion that it is better to prevent CO² emissions through optimization instead of later extracting the CO² from the atmosphere at high cost and storing it. The cost of CO² prevention is 100 times less than the later extraction from the atmosphere. In addition, primary energy resources are conserved.

"Lynus stands for energy-efficient, economical and environmentally friendly building management. By networking energy systems with predictive algorithms, we reduce energy consumption, CO² emissions and increase the degree of self-sufficiency of buildings.
The sustainable use of resources determines our actions".

Lynus ushers in the networked digital age in buildings.

What was the challenge in industrial production 15 years ago (integration of different machine data) is now similar to the situation in buildings. The costs of networking the building components are enormous. We have taken up the challenge and built an industrial software solution that combines data from different areas in the building on one platform. With the help of algorithms, the system becomes intelligent and autonomous.

The automotive industry is showing us how!

If we compare the further development of building technology with the vehicle industry, the vehicle is networked and provides all the necessary information centrally.

  • Vehicle data
  • Consumption
  • Maintenance
  • Warning systems
  • Anticipation

In contrast, each building is treated as a prototype and therefore standardization is incomparably less advanced compared to the vehicle. Lynus offers this standard.
