Our journey so far:

• 2020: Start with whisky investments, a small community is created
• 2021: Foundation of Splint Invest - the app is launched as an MVP 🚀
• 2022: The big breakthrough - app launch, appearance on "Höhle der Löwen", CHF 500,000 investment💥
• 2023: Expansion into Germany and the UK // New categories such as handbags, LEGOs and diamonds // 2 successful exits (+22.74% in 18 months / +64.68% in 29 months) 
• 2024: Further expansion - Pokémon cards, sneakers, sports memorabilia, new features such as trading and the Smart Club programme as well as // 3 successful exits (+15.42% in 2 months / +21.30% in 25 months / +26.22% in 11 months) // 🔜 New dashboard, multi-currency support (CHF, GBP, EUR)

Where are we going? 🌍

Since our foundation in 2021, we have already raised CHF 4.3 million in capital. Of this, CHF 3.2 million has come from business angels such as Lukas Speiser, Jürg Schwarzenbach, Patrick Mollet and Felix Bertram as well as investment companies such as Haute Capital Partners and Kick Fund. A further CHF 1.1 million was raised as part of our first crowdinvesting campaign in 2022. 

We recently closed a round of CHF 1.5 million with existing angel investors and some new investors. Now we want to offer the Splint Invest community the same opportunity - and are launching a new crowdinvesting round of at least CHF 1.5 million. If our plan works out, this will be the last financing round - and thus the last chance to participate in Splint Invest.

We are doing this because we want to stay true to our vision and offer everyone the opportunity to invest in our company. And, of course, because the demand in the community was so great! 🚀

With the new capital totalling CHF 3 million, we have big plans:

1️⃣ Expansion in the EU: We want to further expand our presence in Europe and establish Splint Invest as the leading platform for alternative investments.

2️⃣ Further development of the app: In addition to our successful mobile app, a desktop version will finally follow to give even more users access.

3️⃣ Partnerships with brokers and banks: We are building strategic partnerships with brokers, banks and asset managers in order to open up indirect growth channels and accelerate our growth.
